Contact your GP immediately if you are feeling in distress or experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Contact the NHS emergency services on 999 if you need emergency help or assistance.

To speak to the police about a matter that does not require immediate attention, please dial 101.

You can dial 111 to access the the NHS medical advice service, which provides medical information and diagnostic support for non-urgent cases.

If you are feeling acutely unwell or in distress and/or experiencing suicidal thoughts, please contact the Samaritans on 116 123.
